Lorenza Groeneveld is a passionate and experienced athletics coach with nearly 40 years of coaching experience. Since completing her BA(Ed) in Physical Education at the University of Pretoria in 1986, she has dedicated her career to developing athletes of all ages – from primary school children taking their first steps in sport, to high school athletes competing at national level, to university athletes striving for excellence at USSA and Varsity competitions.

Athletics is not just her profession – it is her lifelong passion. Her goal is to help athletes unlock their full potential, not only in sport but also as well-rounded young people prepared for life.
